I typically am able to respond within 24 hours during business hours (9-5pm Sun-Fri). If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need immediate assistance, please call 911

Cancellations:

I totally get that life happens and sometimes you may need to rearrange your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session I ask that you give as much notice as you can. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session time you will be charged for half of the full session rate ($60).
