While we are usually quick to spend money on other forms of self-care like gym memberships and getting our hair done, we often overlook one of the most valuable ways we can care for ourselves - by investing in our own growth and healing through therapy. I encourage you to prioritize yourself and wholeheartedly believe that therapy is a worthwhile investment.

Yes! Because I believe that therapy should be accessible, I have several sliding scale (discounted rate) slots available. If this applies to you, please let me know so we can chat about it!

While insurance can reduce the cost of therapy, it can really limit the work we do together. I believe that you should be able to choose what therapy looks like for you. Insurance companies often take away your choice - of therapist, number of sessions, and type of treatment - which doesn’t leave room for your treatment to be tailored to your unique needs.
I am happy to provide you with a monthly receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network mental health reimbursement.
