This is the message the world tells you on repeat. Bottle up your emotions, take up less space, get rid of your anxiety, and “just suck it up”. At the same time, you hear just as many messages telling you what you should be more of - more successful, more put together, more attractive, more intelligent. The list goes on. And the best part is that you don’t have to do it alone.

This is where I come in. It is my hope that sessions with me will be a place where you can simply be. Where you can sit with your feelings and create space for yourself. Where we can explore, grow, and heal together. Where you can feel safe, understood, and seen. Together we’ll work to heal emotional wounds, uncover patterns of behavior that may be holding you back, and learn how to sit with uncomfortable emotions so that they don’t direct your life anymore. So that you can reconnect with yourself and create the life you want to live.

Life is hard. Finding time for therapy shouldn’t be. By offering virtual therapy sessions in the evenings and on weekends, you can attend to work commitments, family obligations, your social life, AND your mental health. Telehealth is a safe and secure way for you to engage in quality counseling from whatever private space is most convenient for you.
